I offer up to 3-month payment plans for long term services. Payment Plans will include a $5 processing fee for each month, to cover additional transaction costs.
A retainer is required to hold your spot for single services (such as Dedicated Design Days, Brand shoots, etc) , and the remaining payments are scheduled leading up to your project.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
You’ll find a detailed breakdown on each service page. We’ll also review the full scope during your Zoom call, and everything we agree on will be outlined in your contract and invoice so there are no surprises along the way.
What’s included in each package?
Brand photo sessions typically book about 1 month out. Website and full brand projects usually need 1–2 months’ lead time. I only take on a few clients at a time so I can give each project the focus it deserves. If you're hoping for a specific timeline, it's best to reach out early.
How far in advance should I book?
You’ll receive all final deliverables as outlined in your contract and invoice. Once your website is launched or your project wraps, you’ll have the option to book Support Services or Dedicated Design Days for updates as your business evolves. If you're a brand photo client, you'll also get access to a returning client rate for future sessions.
What happens after my project, or photoshoot, is completed?
We’ll start with a Zoom call to talk through your needs and make sure we’re a good fit. After that, I’ll send over a detailed quote. Once you approve it and your retainer (or first payment) is made, your spot is secured and we officially begin. From there, I’ll guide you step-by-step through everything you need.

Timelines vary a bit depending on the service, but here’s a general idea: brand photos are delivered about 2 weeks after your shoot, while brand design typically takes 4–6 weeks from kickoff. If we’re building a custom 5-page Showit website, the full process usually takes 5–6 weeks — same for The Everything Package, since we’re weaving all the parts together for a cohesive launch.
How Long Will My Project take?
Your official start date begins once your contract is signed and first payment is made, and I only take on a handful of clients at a time so each project gets the focus it deserves. Booking early is always a good idea!
